The Skoda Octavia is the best-selling vehicle in Slovenia in April. 5,193 new cars hit Slovenian roads in April, a solid 10.6% year-on-year improvement. This way, the year-to-date tally is up 6.3% to 19,865. 3 of the Top 4 carmakers outpace the market, with Volkswagen (+18.3%) and Skoda (+42.6%) very robust at the top to 16.4% and 14.4% share respectively vs. 15.5% and 11.8% so far this year.

According to local manufacturers association PAMA, 10,596 new locally assembled vehicles found buyer in Pakistan in April, a tiny +0.8% year-on-year uptick. Year-to-date, the volume amounts to 50,788, up 26.5% year-on-year. Note not all manufacturers present in Pakistan are members of PAMA such as Kia, Changan and MG notably and therefore dont appear in these statistics.
